Welcome to our ACT!, CREATE!, and REFLECT! Resources to deepen your experience of one of our nature-connected events. Below are offerings on strengthening your connection to nature through activities that care for the earth, creative ideas for staying deeply attuned to nature, and ways to reflect on your experience.

And if you’re so inspired, we’d love to hear about what you’ve done. Mail the note card back with your comments, post about what you’ve done on social media and tag us, or write to us at info@theresilientactivist.org.  Enjoy!

Meditate on it

  • Check our Events Page for our Meditation for Regeneration times and dates
  • Check out our Executive Director, Sami Aaron’s free Meditations on Insight Timer and other Nature-centered, Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep), and Breathwork meditations there or on YouTube.
  • Spend time connecting deeply with something interesting from nature – a feather, a rock, a pine cone, a seedpod. Let it be your focus for a time, and allow your mind and heart to explore everything about it. Then notice how it makes you feel.
