Book cover: Infinite Country by Patricia Engel

The April JEDI Book Club will be Tuesday, April 19th at 7:30 pm central. We will be reading Infinite Country, A Novel, by Patricia Engel.

The Novel follows the life of a Colombian family as they deal with the realities of immigration and separation and the search for a better life. It presents a view of the United States from the 1990s to the present day through the eyes of immigrants trying to build some sort of a life here. It is heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time.

Please feel welcome to attend, even if you missed earlier meetings. This is an open group, and we understand that our lives are busy and not everyone will be able to attend each month!

The JEDI Book Club is facilitated by Resilient Activists Brenda Bennett-Pike and Anne Melia. We hope you will join us!
